Please respect the check-out time of 11:30 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to check out later and this is possible, we charge ฿ 500. Please mention this request at reception.
You may store your luggage free of charge at our depot. We are not responsible for its contents.
For shortened stays or early check-outs, we charge the full amount of the total cost of stay.
Pool towels are provided. Please keep them with you during your stay. We will replace them when dirty. Lost or damaged towels will be charged at ฿ 300 per towel.
The swimming pool is open until 22:00. Please be considerate of other guests.
Additional guests not registered at check-in are required to present identification and register at reception. An additional charge of ฿ 400 applies.
Please store valuables and money in the in-room safe, or take them with you when you leave. Keep your room key with you at all times.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00. The restaurant is open 13:00–14:30 for lunch and 17:00–20:30 for dinner.
All room, minibar, restaurant and other charges must be settled before check-out.
We accept Thai Baht cash only. No cards or foreign currency accepted.
The guesthouse cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents during your stay.
Tours and activities booked through our staff are at your own responsibility.
Renting motorcycles or bicycles from the guesthouse is at your own risk. An international driving licence is required for scooters over 100 cc.
We strongly recommend that you check your insurance policy before participating in any activity.
The guesthouse cannot be held responsible for activity cancellations or restitutions.
Cancellation of a booking up to 2 weeks before the arrival date is free of charge. Thank you for choosing us — enjoy your stay.
